I see, I perceive I live, I breathe Amidst the green Amidst the clear I walk, I stroll Colour bursts from soil Its beauty I hold dear I feel too much It makes no sense Full of ideas Of sentiments More than most It frightens them Something ancient Something true Resides in us, I witness it It lives, it breathes In all that is, in all that was I’m sensing it in you I cannot ignore it I try to bring it forth Resistance won’t do. It’s in the wind, the trees, the blue. I feel it in my palms, my feet, my heart. Mostly in my heart. I think it might be all of us. Together in some way. A collective surge of joy, of love That ebbs and flows and stays. I care for you, you care for me. It lives. It breathes Like ocean waves are stirred by storms My feelings are still, yet remain. I feel too much It makes no sense. It’s not normal these days. Love is tossed and thrown away Of very little consequence. I cannot love that way.

So powerful, Hege. We are deeply connected with each other and with the past and absolute truth. These can be overlooked or suppressed, but they exist and live deep inside.
loved this part: and seeing your lovely face and hearing your voice :)
Something ancient
Something true
Resides in us, I witness it
It lives, it breathes
In all that is, in all that was
I’m sensing it in you
