Hey Hege,

I loved your article. The quote from that woman who says, "Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know," stuck with me.

In my case, I often rush to let go without having learned anything. I grew up in a society that had zero patience and understanding of these things.

So glad to hear it Yannis. I believe we repeat what we haven’t learned. You’re right where you’re supposed to be ✨

It is such a beautiful way of expressing to let go, but not to get carried away in the undercurrent. I have taken up reading, gardening and stalking Royal Bengal tigers to keep myself occupied in things I love a great deal and each time I do it, I am able to sense a touch of creativity. Thanks a lot! Amidst pitch darkness, the light seeps in no matter how hard it is to make its way through...

Thank you Vineet! Letting go is indeed hard but little by little with the right attitude and approach we make it through ✨

Thanks for reminding me of this song 🎶.

Thank you for this article, particularly for a quote ‘Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know’. Truly let it be. I have realised it on my meditations. What has to come and stay, eventually will. I can add some turmoil by resisting it or I can accept it and be with it as long as it has to be with me. I find the second one way better.
