I always remind myself that you can run, but cannot escape. I did it numerous times in the yore, but realized that running away leaves things unfinished and turn them more complicated and the consequences become worse. From the moment, I started facing situations, people and my mistakes, each moment has become worth living. Thanks a lot, Hege. 😊
Running away can feel so liberating in the moment, but eventually, it’s like we’re just jogging in place, carrying that weight we thought we’d left behind. The only way out is through—and it’s a journey we all need to take, even if it’s a bit bumpy. Hege, this was a great read! But wow, I can’t decide if I’m inspired or if I should lace up my running shoes and, well, run—not away, but straight into that storm you’re talking about!
Thanks for sharing Mike. I commend you for this work that you’re doing. This is the time to break generational trauma patterns. I too am the one in my family doing that work. It’s hard but also a blessing to be able to be the catalyst for change. Keep going! ✨

Thanks Vineet. It’s so true. Easier said than done sometimes but it’s so important to remember
By all means. Remembering, Recalling and Revisiting truly help in such scenarios. Thanks a zillion, Hege.

Thank you so much Mohika for your comment. Running into the ‘storm’ is very brave but like you say the only way out is through. We can do it! ✨
