Very true Susan. Our feelings are always telling us something. It often also arises when we’re ‘in-between’ the old and the new. Often a void needs to be created before the new can come in and that void can be anxiety inducing. Sometimes we just have to accept divine timing rather than resisting being ‘in-between’ which is necessary to ultimately propel us forward. If we take action too soon we often end up taking the wrong action and it slows down our progress long term. The most important thing is to listen deeply to your intuition and inner guidance to sense what is right for you. Whether you should take action or seek clarity on what action to take. No one else can know except yourself ✨

As a sensitive introvert dealing with anxiety is a huge challenge. However, I am working on it. One thing I am trying to apply is to reframe my feelings - I'm feeling sad instead of I am sad. And to identify them and let them go instead of just giving in to them and get overwhelmed.

Hege, you have presented and portrayed anxiety in different and positive light altogetherand if handled well, it can certainly act as a catalyst in our progression towards growth and development. Loved this piece like every other one.
