Hege: Another meaningful poem....Many years ago, I used a early Saturday morning walk as my rest period...walking along the Thames river at 7am completely cleared my head; as I thought about nothing for 1hr...walking during the cold winter months was bliss...!
Today slowing down and taking rest is the real and hardest test when we are unstoppable at our own hands. What a beautiful way to remind that how important is 'Rest'. Incredible as ever, Hege.
