I believe presence and silence are the keys to connecting deeply to God and ourselves in order to cultivate self-awareness and clarity around our life and mission. We cannot show up authentically or connect deeply with others unless we have connected deeply to ourselves first.
Everything I create is rooted in this message of connecting to our inner knowing through practicing silence, brutal honesty and radical self-acceptance.
